In any event, this is a great alternative to warmed s'mores, particularly with summer coming on when something a little cooler might be more appealing. Another bonus here is that it's very kid friendly so even the littlest ones can help out with making it.
Ingredients:
- 1 (4 serving) package of instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 pound box graham crackers
- 1 (8 ounce) container fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the pudding, milk, and peanut butter.
- Divide graham crackers in half - 2 pieces together - and lay on baking sheet.
- Spread the pudding mixture on half of the graham crackers, and top with the whipped topping.
- With the other half of the graham crackers, press down gently to form a sandwich.
- Put the whole baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for about 3 hours.
